- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is within 7 days after placing the order.
- Full amount of Refund will be provided in case person or companies does not have take our services in any form, once services has been taken no refund will be provided.
- If there is any duplicate payment/transaction occurred, the amount will be credited to the account within five working days. If not, end user can approach the SkillBee Solution office for refund with proof of the duplicate transaction reference/ bank statement.
- Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

In case of any Refunds approved by the SkillBee Solution, it’ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Refunds
Once your return order (cancellation of services) is received and investigated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request for cancellation of services. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (9-15 days probably).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discounted Price
Only regular priced courses may be refunded. Discounted course price cannot be refunded.
